Brent Rosenzweig has over 13 years of experience as a civil litigation attorney concentrating on employment law and the representation of employees. His specialties include wrongful termination, discrimination (age, sex, race, national origin, disability) and harassment cases. Additionally, he has successfully handled matters involving wage disputes (unpaid overtime, failure to provide meal and rest breaks) and whistleblower claims. Brent also consults with clients regarding contracts, severance and non-compete agreements, FMLA leave, and other workplace issues.
Brent received his undergraduate degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and received his law degree from Southwestern Law School.
From 2004 to 2007, Brent was an associate attorney at Danz & Gerber, a Labor & Employment Law Firm committed solely to representing employees in their disputes with employers. He then went on to open a private practice where he continued to concentrate on the aspects of law which he is passionate about.
In 2010, Brent attended Pepperdine University School of Law’s Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and completed 42 hours of training in Mediating the Litigated Case. Since that time, he has acted as a private mediator of employment disputes in assisting parties to resolve sounds better their issues through alternative dispute resolution, and thus avoiding protracted, expensive litigation. Brent has also offered his services as a mediator on a Pro Bono basis through the Los Angeles Superior Court’s Pro Bono Mediator Panel.
In 2013, Brent joined Jong Lee, a classmate at Southwestern Law School, and formed Lee & Rosenzweig.
