Paul Suh

Paul Suh is an associate attorney with the firm, specializing in matters of labor and employment, including wage disputes, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination. He has successfully opposed employer’s dispositive motions, formulated risk prevention employment policies and manuals, drafted motions and participated in discovery practices, and second chaired in Berman hearings on back wage matters.

Paul received his Juris Doctorate from UC Hastings College of the Law, and received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University. Prior to law school, he worked for a litigation firm, specializing in personal injury and class action.

During law school, Paul served as a law clerk for the Honorable Monica F. Wiley in the United Family Court of the San Francisco Superior Court. He also focused his curriculum in corporate law. Paul gained valuable experience working for an international transactional firm, specializing in technology, media, and entertainment law for large mobile, console, and online video game companies. As part of the Social Enterprise and Economic Empowerment (SEEE) clinic, Paul served as outside counsel for non-profit organizations and social enterprises on a variety of matters, including corporate governance, transactions, operational and compliance matter. He received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award and served as the legal writing teaching assistance for the SEEE clinic.
